Return Policy and procedure:

We will gladly exchange or refund your money if product is obviously damaged or defective upon delivery.  We want you to be fully satisfied with your Black Chandelier purchases. Please notify us by phone or e-mail immediately if your order arrives damaged or defective and you desire a refund or exchange. You must contact us no later than 14 days from the day your order was processed to be eligible for a full refund.

If you are eligible for a full refund you must send the item back and upon receipt of the returned item we will credit the card used for the original purchase of the item. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been washed or worn.
